The Brandon Agency – the only accredited Brand Strategy Agency in South Carolina – welcomes Julia Lane Willis Napolski and Pat Sweeney to its growing client services team.

Julia Lane Willis Napolski, the agency’s newest Account Manager, brings over 10 years of hospitality and tourism experience to her new role. With previous work at Island Realty and the Historic Charleston Foundation, Julia’s marketing experience makes her a perfect addition to the agency’s client service team. A Clemson University undergraduate and University of South Carolina graduate student, she will bring a wide range of marketing and industry experience to the team.

A collegiate athlete and communications major from Rutgers University, Pat Sweeney joins as a Project Manager. This dynamic role is one that requires agility and flexibility, both skills Sweeney harnessed in his work at McCann Health in New Jersey. Pat brings discipline, organization and a go-getter mentality to his new role.

“Project managers are the organized, tactical thinkers,” said Tyler Easterling, president and COO of The Brandon Agency. “They keep the team on schedule and budget, while the account managers are strategic marketers who focus on the client’s objectives and needs. We recognized a need for both skills as our organization continues to grow.”

The Brandon Agency has been the driving force behind many well-known brands including Fish Hippie, CresCom Bank, Santee Cooper, HTC, Williams Knife Co., Brittain Resorts & Hotels and Beaufort, S.C., developing and delivering tangible results that positively impact business.
