Brandon named Top SC Workplace

Brandon, one of South Carolina’s largest integrated marketing agencies, has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by South Carolina Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback from a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures cultural drivers critical to an organization’s success such as alignment, execution, and connection.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

Of 2,470 South Carolina companies invited to participate in the survey, 69 companies were chosen as the Top Workplaces in 2023. These companies are divided into three categories based on the number of employees: Large, Midsize, and Small.

“I am incredibly proud that our company was named again as one of South Carolina’s Top Workplaces,” said Scott Brandon, CEO of Brandon. “This achievement is a testament to our collective commitment to creating a culture of collaboration, excellence, and respect. I look forward to continuing to build a workplace where all team members feel valued and inspired to do their best work.”

Brandon attended an awards ceremony hosted by Charleston Business Magazine, Greenville Business Magazine, and Columbia Business Monthly on April 24, with all of the award winners. Each company will be recognized in the May editions of the magazines under Top Workplaces in 2023.
