Best in Show - SHOT show 2017

2017 is already off to a great start, especially for our clients. In January, we assisted two of them at the annual SHOT (Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor Trade) Show in Las Vegas. Amongst thousands of other companies, our clients were recognized for their new product innovation, and we couldn’t be more proud.

One of our newest clients is Blue Force Gear (BFG), the designer and manufacturer of the world’s finest weapon slings and tactical equipment. We were initially hired as Agency of Record for BFG in December, and we hit the ground running, working on trade show booth designs and developing a comprehensive PR program for the show. During the show, we had nearly 60 media members come through the booth and had direct contact with at least 20-25, resulting in $347,008 in earned media coverage. Even more exciting, BFG was awarded “Best New Tactical Accessory” for its Marking and Recognition Chemstick Organizer (MARCO) dispenser by Imminent Threat Solutions (ITS). The new product was recognized for its thin, lightweight and Best in show durable design. Best in show

The SHOT Show successes did not end with BFG. Frogg Toggs, another Agency client and purveyor of world-class rain gear and accessories, hit a home run with its revolutionary Grand Refuge 2.0 Waders, winning “Most Innovative Wadewear Product.” The revolutionary design was also selected as one of Outdoor Life’s “Top 10 Hottest Waterfowl Items.” The breathable waders feature a removable, washable liner and include insulated boots and pockets.

The outdoor industry continues to grow, and that was evidenced by the SHOT Show’s incredible attendance. Over 65,000 industry professionals packed the Sands Expo Center to attend a full week of exhibitions, along with special events such as Industry Day at the Range, retailer seminars and the NSSF/HAVA Golf Classic.

We are extremely proud of our clients and the increased attention and exposure they have received while partnered with us. We have enhanced our creative efforts with our outdoor and retail clients and appreciate the continued success and recognition from media and trade show opportunities. We know that by enhancing overall creativity, The Brandon Agency helps our clients succeed.
