Pet parents love their animals like family but they’re not feeding them like animals. The raw pet food category is cluttered with soft claims, feel-good fluff, and bowls full of confusion. Primal needed a bold idea that would do more than educate. It had to convert. So, we built a movement around one rallying cry: give them more time in their prime.
Approach
Unleash Their Wild Advantage
We launched “More Time in Their Prime” with cinematic spots, disruptive social shorts, and a brand voice that barks louder than the competition. Every asset was built to balance instinct with science, emotion with evidence, and legacy with wild ambition.
Instead of soft lighting and puppy-dog eyes, we gave the world mailmen with PTSD, squirrels missing tails, and pet parents realizing they’d been feeding their wolves like goldfish. Because convenience shouldn’t mean compromise and with Kibble in the Raw, it doesn’t.
From influencer seeding and DTC launch support to education and awareness drivers, this campaign touched every channel with consistency and bite.

Domesticated? Barely.
Modern dogs might sleep on orthopedic beds and wear Halloween costumes—but their biology hasn’t changed. They need raw, real nutrition that taps into their ancestral instincts. Primal’s products make it easy for humans to feed their animals like animals without sacrificing convenience.

The experience didn’t end with a scroll-stopping spot or a clever social post. Every touchpoint, from raw-feeding education to influencer buzz, was crafted to funnel pet parents toward action. That journey culminated in a reimagined Primal website, redesigned to sync perfectly with the campaign. Intuitive UX, dynamic storytelling, and conversion-forward design guided users from curiosity to cart. The site became more than a digital destination. It became the final nudge toward commitment, transforming awareness into purchase and interest into impact.
