Top Work Places award 2020

The Brandon Agency, the only certified brand-planning agency in the Carolinas, has been honored by Integrated Media Publishing as a South Carolina Top Workplace in 2020. This is the fourth consecutive year the agency has received this award.

Nearly 1,500 eligible companies were nominated throughout the Palmetto State, but only 30 were selected. The Brandon Agency landed the overall #19 spot. The award list is based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey distributed by Energage, a research company that conducts Top Workplaces surveys for more than 40 major metro media partners nationwide.

The Brandon Agency attended a virtual awards ceremony on Thursday, April 30, 2020 where all of the Top Workplaces were recognized. Charleston Business Magazine, Greenville Business Magazine and Columbia Business Monthly will also feature all of the award winners in special editions of their May 2020 publications.

“It’s our distinct privilege to recognize these outstanding companies,” said Lori Coon, publisher of Greenville Business Magazine, Columbia Business Monthly, and Charleston Business Magazine. “It’s been a difficult time for all of us, and we salute them for their perseverance and dedication to their customers and their employees.”

“We are very proud to be recognized as a top place to work,” said Scott Brandon, CEO of The Brandon Agency. “To do great work, you have to have great people and we are committed to providing a fun, challenging and rewarding work environment that attracts, develops and retains the very best people. I think this recognition affirms our commitment to our people.”
