Best & Brightest Award

The National Association for Business Resources (NABR) named The Brandon Agency (TBA) a regional winner of the 2021 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For competition.

The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For ® program identifies and honors organizations committed to excellence in human resource practices and employee enrichment.

NABR selected TBA and over 70 other companies across Charlotte, Denver, Miami, Nashville, New York, Portland and Seattle, from the more than 700 organizations nominated this year.

All applicants of the regional program receive an assessment conducted by an independent research firm, which reviews key HR best practices and benchmarking to score in categories including Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; and Strategic Company Performance.

This year marks the first for the regional portion of the Best and Brightest competition, a program the NABR has presented for more than 20 years.

Winners for 2021 will receive recognition at the upcoming virtual Illuminate Business Talent Summit in the spring of 2022.

“As we navigate the pandemic and our changing industry, it is great to be reminded by programs like Best and Brightest that we are meeting the mark with our staff,” said Tyler Easterling, President and COO of The Brandon Agency. “Our team is what makes TBA a success, and when they are well taken care of, our clients are too.”
