Brandon, a data-driven, digitally-centric, integrated marketing agency, was recently named to National Association for Business Resources (NABR)’s list of “Charlotte’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For ®” for the third consecutive year. The program identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment.

Brandon, headquartered in Charleston, S.C., has a physical Charlotte office on Elizabeth Avenue and also invites employees to work virtually via home offices. The agency’s local Charlotte team includes its chief creative officer, chief strategy officer, associate media planning director, associate public relations director and others.

“We are fortunate to have an amazing group of individuals in the Charlotte area who are committed to honing and developing their skills while supporting our clients and each other,” said Cary Murphy, Brandon’s Charlotte Regional President and Chief Strategy Officer. “Our leadership team is dedicated to making Brandon a work environment that our employees continuously want to be a part of, so it’s a privilege to be considered one of Charlotte’s best and brightest companies to work for.”

The 2023 winners were selected based on an employee survey focusing on topics such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention, and more.
