The Brandon Agency, the only certified brand-planning agency in the Carolinas, has been selected as the agency of record for all-new long-term lodging brand stayAPT Suites.

With over sixty years of experience in travel and hospitality marketing, The Brandon Agency is known for employing cutting edge, integrated tactics to help destinations, resorts and hotels increase their bottom line.

“We were very impressed with The Brandon Agency’s hospitality experience and all of the tools, technology and experience they bring to the table to help lead our marketing efforts,” said Jennifer Kearney, stayAPT Suites’ Chief Marketing Officer. “Their understanding of our industry and the hospitality consumer made them a clear choice as an agency partner.”

The Brandon Agency’s marketing support for stayAPT Suites ranges from brand building and public relations to paid media, content marketing, and creative development. The Agency will leverage its experience, utilizing innovative technology and forward-thinking strategy to capture potential customers through all phases of the booking journey.

“We are very excited to work with stayAPT Suites to launch and grow their new brand,” stated Scott Brandon, CEO of The Brandon Agency. “Our extensive experience within the hospitality industry, as well as our ability to leverage our digital hotel marketing and software agency Fuel, and our B2B expertise, makes us uniquely positioned as an agency partner. stayAPT Suites has put together an A-list of leaders and team members to build this brand and we are proud to be a part of it.”

The stayAPT Suites brand launched on January 23, 2020 and has plans to open 17 locations by the end of 2021, with 15 more under development. The first hotel opened October 1 in Goldsboro, N.C. The new chain is committed to building a portfolio of 100+ corporate-owned hotels, with a goal of 200+ franchise locations within the next five years.
